Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

 

Exchanges

If you like to exchange your product please inform us at WhatsApp 03227770716 (only messages or voice notes) within 3 days.

Exchange charges are Rs.200/-

1.Share your order num.

2.Tell your reason for exchange.

3.Share screenshots of articles you want to exchange with.

4.We will create a replacement order for you. Our rider will come to your doorstep with new parcel and take back the old parcel. Pay him the balance amount if any.

 

Refunds

Refunds can be issued in form of 'STORE VOUCHER'.

If you are eligible of refund we will issue your amount voucher which you can apply at the time of checkout to use your voucher amount.

 

Damages and issues

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,, please inform us immediately at WhatsApp 03227770716 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items Returns

Synthetic hair items are not subjected for exchange. Please choose your color wisely.
